Shipping policy

Shipping takes 7-15 days. We prepare your package 24-48 hours after your order is placed. If you do not receive your package within that time frame after your order has been placed, please contact us with your order number.

For pre-order specific items it is based on delivery. Delivery will be within 25 - 30 days of your order being placed.
